Job Description


The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) group within the SCIT - Supply Chain IT organization in IT is responsible for providing business solutions to increase the efficacy and efficiency of Intels planning processes, including product roadmap, demand, supply, inventory, sales/revenue, financial, capital, and pricing planning. The primary domain area for this role will be to enable and transform business reference data required to support forecasting and planning processes in the areas of Demand, SnOP and Revenue with main emphasis on Product, Customer, and Business organization master data. This will involve working with business stakeholders from multiple domains. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, motivated, and have a strong affinity for problem-solving using a combination of business process knowledge, business acumen, and the skills to enable process transformation by leveraging technology. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Translates business strategy and objectives into actionable process and value delivery roadmaps - Validates feasibility of an idea, understands the BU expectations from the product, conducts design due diligence, evaluates business value and risks - Work with Demand/Revenue Forecasting and SnOP stakeholders to define, prioritize, deploy, sustain, enhance, and when needed sunset process capabilities - Manage Business Units acceptance/expectations through all these phases - Convenes user acceptance testing and leads TCM where applicable - Leads the transformational effort to re-platform current business reference data (BRD) solution to new architecture and platform, as part of transformation programs. Must establish standardization and governance processes - Deliver data analytics and business intelligence solutions to augment the effectiveness of demand planning and forecasting processes - Accountable to the Intel Business Units for the overall delivery of IT services - Ensure alignment of transformation with relevant enterprise level initiatives - Gathers business requirements from business stakeholders across Business Units, regions, and Finance - Maintains/Builds stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate across teams - Keeps abreast with the latest process trends in forecasting and planning processes The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a dynamic and fast-paced organization - Highly skilled at understanding complex business problems while connecting multiple dots - Troubleshooting skills to find root-cause and recommend and apply solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong creative thinking skills and a high tolerance for ambiguity - Strong business requirements gathering, networking, and influencing skills - Skills to interact with individuals with both technical and non-technical skill sets - Detail-oriented, and proven analytical/data skills to develop and present summarized assessments and recommendations

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Computer Science, or any other related field - 10+ years of experience in system/business analysis, process mapping, workflows - 6+ years of experience in system/business analysis integrated with a larger program using Scrum, Kanban, or similar Agile development methodology working with global teams - 5+ years of experience in systems/biz analysis, process mapping, and workflows in business reference data or master data enablement Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in working with data architects to define the data foundation requirements as required for Forecasting and planning in the areas of Demand, SnOP and/or Revenue - Proven experience in Business Reference data enablement for global company. Experience with semiconductor company or another high-tech company will be an added advantage - Experience with Business Reference data enablement tools such as SAP MDG, Profisee or any other equivalent tool - Familiarity with enterprise planning software solutions such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or any other equivalent tool

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $112,760.00-$169,240.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
